Bio-inspired technologies towards H2020

Fostering UK-CH Collaborations.

 

The workshop will bring together leading UK and Swiss researchers and industry players applying biomimetic principles to solve a wide range of issues.

 

It will help address how EU funding can support research and innovation efforts, focusing on opportunities to collaborate on H2020 calls.

 

Date: January 21-22, 2014

 

Venue: UniversityofCambridge, SilverStreet, Cambridge, CB39EP, UK

 

During the workshop we hope to:

 

  • Identify common topics of research and key areas of research strengths around which collaborations might form
  • Raise awareness of your work with the wider community and funding organisations
  • Establish Focus Groups and develop visions in an interactive way to carry collaborations forward
  • Identify potential university-industry partnerships
  •  

The event is organised by Cambridge University 4CMR, the UK Science & Innovation Network in Switzerland and the Swiss Embassy in the UK.

 

 

Participation to the workshop is free, but by invitation only.
