Due to the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic and the uncertainty of free international travel in the 2020, the organizing committee of the IWBE 2020 have decided to move the conference to 2021. The final time of the workshop will be further announced, and the venue of Manchester, UK remains unchanged.

All abstracts submitted to the IWBE 2020 so far will be automatically considered for presentation. In addition, the submission system https://easychair.org/conferences/?conf=iwbe2020 will keep open until the end of the year to allow for the submission of new contributions.
